“Hello. I'm Xavier Noordermeer, the Executive Director of Community Living Windsor.
Community Living Windsor was founded in 1952 by a volunteer group of eight dedicated Windsor families whose tireless efforts pioneered the supports that exist today. It is a privilege to continue these early efforts and be part of an organization that embraces change and challenges while remaining committed to those we serve.
As Executive Director, I am honoured by the continued trust placed in us by people and families. I am proud of our many dedicated staff and volunteers who are committed to creating new opportunities for people and for being positive and caring role models in our community.”
