Rotary at Work is a partnership between local Ontario Rotary Clubs and Community Living Ontario. The goal of Rotary at Work is to help Ontarians who have a disability find meaningful work. Since 1999, Tim Hortons has provided employment for persons with intellectual disabilities through Community Living Windsor. We are very proud of our success rate. The program allows us to make a positive impact in our community, while gaining reliable and hardworking employees.
