$30 per hour
Explore the possibilities that exist in our community or develop your own!

This group opportunity seeks to help people build relationships and transition to small group day support.
​
The sessions are 8 weeks in length or less and led by CLW staff with special training designed to help you explore, design, and make decisions.
​
Respite-friendly. Sign-up in advance.
Small Group Day Support
$22 per hour
Now that you've found what you want to do and who you want to do it with, CLW supports you in small groups of two, three, or four people.
​
Change your support any time, including the people you're being supported with. It's fully customizable to your wishes and you don't need to be part of the same group of people every day if you don't want to.
1 : 1 Day Supports
$37 per hour
If you're a person who needs or wants support one-on-one, we can provide that for you. Our focus is to help you access your community and to make new meaningful connections.

Your supports are completely custom and you have the flexibility to make changes day-to-day.
