What is it?
Our fee-for-service offering gives you the power to purchase support by a fully trained CLW employee. We'll consult with you and your family to plan for the best support options, including:

We offer two main types of fee-for-service: Ongoing Support, and Event-Based Support.

Becoming a member is free and easy. Doing so helps us give you the right access for registration and custom billing.

Purchase Support
As a member, you can purchase Ongoing Support for the days and times you want to receive support. We can get you started in as little as two weeks.

You can also choose to purchase Event-Based Support, where you sign-up for specific community events, classes, etc. We meet you there and provide you with support.

When you purchase ongoing support, we'll get in touch and talk about what you want to do, who you want to do it with, and how you'll get there.

Timelines for Ongoing Support
We offer fee-for-service options in 4-month blocks in order to plan for the best possible service and to ensure we have a great match between the people we support, our employees, and the activities people choose to participate in. We also offer event-based support that you can purchase as needed.
What Support Do You Need?
A
Group - Independent
from $70 to $1,120 per week
Examples
You're someone who wants to be supported in the community with a small group of others (4-5 people). You're independent and could be left on your own if the support staff needs to attend to others.
B
Group - Direct Support
from $123 to $1,960 per week
Examples
You'd like support in a small group (4-5 people), but there there are times when you need 1:1 direct support and/or you can not be left on your own.
C
1:1 Direct Support
from $175 to $2,800 per week
Examples
Your preference or need is to have 1:1 direct support at all times.
