CLW's respite support provides families with a break for a short period.  We support one person at a time in a beautiful self-contained apartment, using our professional, trained, caring employees.  The support is $10/night (including staff) for Fri & Sat nights, subsidized by CLW.  Other nights may be available for $745/night, which CLW is also hoping to subsidize in the future.

To be eligible, the person supported must have an ongoing relationship with CLW and successfully complete an onboarding process. Support is provided 1:1 during the daytime and night staff is shared.  The apartment is private and only one person is supported at a time.

 

Our respite apartment is fully accessible, including entry ramp, high-low bed, ceiling lifts, washroom, widened doorways, and more.
