Rotary at Work is a partnership between local Ontario Rotary Clubs and Community Living Ontario. The goal of Rotary at Work is to help Ontarians who have a disability find meaningful work. Hiring people who have a disability is much more than ‘doing the right thing’....it’s good for business! “Hi! I'm Fiona Fay, the Director of Human Resources at Community Living Windsor.
People are important to us. We are committed to building the best staff team possible, and we offer ongoing opportunities for professional learning and growth.
So if you want to make a difference ... if you have a passion for people and would like to be part of an innovative and responsive team ... we want to hear from you!”
“Being employed with Community Living Windsor has provided me with many great and positive experiences. The training provided has been very beneficial and given me an awareness that I previously did not have. I am happy to go to work because I feel valued for what I do and I know I will be making a difference in the lives of the people I provide support to.”
